Baked Dacoba Wedges

Description:
 Dacoba is similar to Jersulam Artichoke.  They are a little crunchy and have an earthy flavor.  Use as a side with any meat dish such as chicken or pork.  Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb - Dacoba
Sprig of rosemary
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Serving size: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20-25 minutes

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 F degrees.

Peel dacoba and slice into wedges.  Drizzle with a little olive oil and add a dash of onion and garlic powder.  Add roughly chopped rosemary sprig.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Mix everything together to evenly coat.   

Place in a baking dish and put in oven.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.
